I'd suggest the Masterbuilt gravity series if you can swing the money. Costco has/had the 800 for $1300 down from Mitre10 who are selling for $2300. If the masterbuilts are beyond what you want to spend. Cherck out the Chargriller gravity from Bunnings which is what I was going to go for before I saw the costco deal.
