Last month, I bought my wife a base model S24 from the Samsung website, and it has been experiencing heating issues since day one. Whenever she starts using the phone, it quickly heats up, especially during activities like using maps. The phone becomes quite warm after just a few minutes of use. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? Additionally, do you have any recommendations on how to address this issue with Samsung, and how have they typically responded to such concerns?
Samsung Galaxy S24 Heating Issues Anyone?

Yeah they're back on exynos for our region right?
It might well be the intended behaviour and you can't really use online reviews as a guide because the US gets the ones with the better / more efficient chips
Yup.
S24/24+ exynos
S24u snap dragon.I had an exynos note 20 ultra back when. It was a prize but if i had paid $2300 or whatever id have been livid.
The Exynos was atrocious, it ran so hot, the update that added blur effects made it very choppy and laggy and the battery was dreadful. Apparently that was normal for exynos. Will never buy a Samsung for this reason.
Exynos is fine now, and has been for quite a while.
Was it after a security update or a software upgrade.?
S24u (snap dragon) here, no issues. (My wife's s22u feels warm at times).
Maybe do a reddit search for more info.
Spigen makes a cryo case with heat sink i think for gaming. (If you cant get resolution of problem).
2x software upgrades ago my S20 FE (snapdragon processor) started heating up exactly as you described. When using maps my ph would switch to dark mode to try and cool down. There was another upgrade 1-2 weeks ago and since then things have returned to normal. Unsure if it's related, but I'm assuming you've checked for upgrades?
Exynos 2400 with Samsung Modem is likely to be the culprit.
It has shown to drain more battery and heat up more than the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 counterpart when you are using 4G/5G and GPS.|
Have you tried installing an app such as DevCheck to see what temperatures it returns?
