I'm guessing you've already added your AMEX cards to Apple Pay. They are only looking to encourage people who haven't used their cards with Apple Pay before, not those who have already done so.
This is incorrect as I know an account with Apple Pay added already that had the offer
Yeah I got the offer and have used Apple Pay with my Amex plenty of times already.

Did you find that transactions made with your physical card or online before adding the AMEX card to Apple Pay are shown in Apple Pay? However, my ANZ credit card does not support this feature.
Can confirm that Amex implementation is different to ANZ - ANZ Apple Pay only displays AP transactions while Amex Apple Pay shows all card transactions
FYI if you have supplementary cards you can claim it on both of them.
I have a supplementary card, how do I add the offer to it? Do you have a separate login for the second card?
On the Amex homescreen you can swipe left to your other card, it's possible if you haven't used it already it won't appear.

tried it and unfortunately didn't work. They said offers are based on solicitation only and cannot be added manually at their ends. They said you might get the offer later, but they can't guarantee as there are various factors being considered before the offer becomes available.

Takes a few days to come through. For some weird reason, I got the rebates from using my physical card so haven’t had a chance to try out Apple Pay yet lol
Topped up Christmas club card by $10 for 3 times at paknsave.
Also another trick if you call them and say you want to cancel your credit card, they are very likely to gift you some airpoints to keep you.

Was it a paid or free card? I guess this only works if you have had it for a while

Has anyone got the credits yet? This time round seems to take a lot longer and no emails trigging the spent like previously.
Nothing yet. Even with their more recent promos the email notifications are very random I’ve found
