•You must make a purchase totalling $200 or more on one transaction using your Warehouse Money Visa Card or Purple Visa Card in-store or online at any of the Brands mentioned above during the promotional period.
•Only one $20 Gift Card or Online Gift Card will be given per Brand for any spend $200 or over during the promotional period.
•The $20 Noel Leeming Gift Card received when you spend $200 and over on one transaction excludes all Apple and Microsoft Surface products.
•For Noel Leeming, personal in-store shoppers only, trade not-supplied. The $20 Gift Card offer is not available at the Noel Leeming Clearance Centre. This Gift Card is redeemable for goods sold at any Noel Leeming store throughout New Zealand (excludes online).
•The offer is not available in conjunction with any The Warehouse Group staff offer, insurance, finance, or commercial sales or with any other Gift Card or Online Gift Card promotions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Brand promotional offers.
•Purchases are any transactions other than a Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, loan repayments, credit card repayment, insurance premiums, fees and interest and excludes Purple Dollar redemption, purchase refund or charges that are under dispute or are fraudulent.
•The promotion is open to all new and existing Warehouse Money issued credit card accounts for both Main cardholders and Additional cardholders.
•If spend is determined to be the result of an Additional cardholder’s use of their card, then it will be recorded against the Main cardholder’s account and the $20 Gift Card and/or Online Gift Card will be awarded to the Main cardholder.
•Account details must be up to date (including a phone number, email address and postal address) and the account must be open and cannot be in arrears or overdue when the promotional period ends. TWFSOL will not re-issue or re-send Gift Cards or Online Gift Cards if account holders details are incorrect. It is the account holders’ responsibility to ensure their account details are correct.
•If you’re eligible for the $20 Gift Card or Online Gift Card, it will be mailed out to the main cardholder’s postal address or email address within 20 business days after the promotional period ends.
•The $20 Gift Card and/or Online Gift Card is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards or Online Gift Cards are the responsibility of the holder. Remaining Gift Card balances can be checked in-store.
•All decisions of TWFSOL are final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
•If for any reason beyond its reasonable control TWFSOL is not able to run the promotion as planned, TWFSOL reserves the right in its sole discretion to postpone, extend, amend, re-schedule or cancel (“Change”) the promotion at any time on the provision of reasonable notice, which shall include posting notice of the change at warehousemoney.co.nz
•Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, TWFSOL (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including without limitation loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the promotion, including without limitation where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under TWFSOL’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by TWFSOL) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of TWFSOL; or (d) any tax liability incurred by the receipt of the $20 Gift Card and/or Online Gift Card.
