      Seems there is no 15cent discount and petrol at that station went up 10 cents overnight. weird.

      Well yeah they ought to be more generous with fuel discounts, because the NZ Dollar just went up from around US$0.68 to US$0.72 in one week. So, prices at the pump should have fallen by around 4cents before any discounts, but it hasn't (surprise surprise!).
