  • Good deal. Came to post it. That's 5% cash back if spending exactly $500.

    • i've been avoiding using it for non-warehouse purchases as i have a cashback card already.
Guessing they want to change that! Which is always good news.
Great they are offering credits as it sounds like a few people never received the gift cards they "sent" in last promos.

  • Their customer service is appauling. Have had the card for 5 months now, and they refuse to call me back or email me about how I no longer get promotional emails (since December). I'm on the verge of cancelling my card if this doesn't get resolved soon, as it's frustrating that I can't take advantage of their torpedo7 deals.

    • I agree their customer service is terrible, not really a surprise though since it is the warehouse. I've seriously considered cancelling, haven't quite pulled the plug yet.

      • Not only that. I applied for a secondary card for my wife (on my account). Whilst I was on the line with customer service, I got them to speak with my wife to get her personal details in order to approve the application. It was all approved after a 10 minute conversation and they said a card would be sent out within 5 working days.

That was five months ago, and she never got the card. Nor does the secondary card show up on my online account. It's as if the conversation never happened.

I asked my mate if he's been getting promotional emails, and he hasn't been getting them either. There's no way to opt-in/opt-out of the promotional emails once you log into warehouse connect, and there is only an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the last promo email I got in December (which I never clicked).

I was going to cancel my ANZ cashback mastercard, if the warehouse card was gonna work out for me, but no way I'll be doing that now.

    • i don't get emails either. its ok we can rely on the community here =)

  • Had anyone received their voucher?

    • for this particular deal you get a credit, no voucher in mail.

      • Ahhhh…

        • Has anyone received their credit. I don't see it in my account.

        • @kiwijunglist: "it will be applied to the main cardholder's account within 30 business days after the promotional period ends"
So thats sometime in May i guess, im not too good at math.

        • @nachos: ok thx
