      They seem to send these offers out every couple of months - even to people who've previously accepted a promo subscription. I assume they do this to pump up their readership to increase their value to advertisers.

    I tried this the last time and they said they dont deliver to my address. Central Chch here. Giving it another go see what happens this time.
