My favourite order is the Jr Chicken Burger combo for $5 and then upsize to a large combo (COUPON/GOLARGE) for free. I asked for, and recieved, the free upsize to large today in Palmerston North even though this wasn't listed on the coupons. Ask and you shall recieve!

I also got the 2 California Classic Burgers for $5 deal with my lunch. Once again, I just asked for it and didn't need to use the SKY Perks App. The burger was very nice once I had ordered it especially without the ingredients I didn't want. The coupon code for this is CALIBOGOF.

The Hand Scooped Ice Cream Sundaes for $2 are also quite tasty. Priced at the same price at Burger King and cheaper than McDonald's, they make a nice change from the soft serve ones those other fast food restaurants provide.

One more thing I noticed in-store was that the salad bar had been removed. This has happened in all stores nationwide. Carl's Jr confirmed on Facebook that "we still offer this! Due to low demand and food wastage we removed our salad bars. Please request this from our team next time you order." So if you like to add beetroot or extra pickles to your burgers, just request them from the team.
