Paid NZ$ 26.78 for the 20,000 mAh w/ Coupon+300 Points(new account).
Did anyone here get a working tracking code for their goods? The one I got does not work(5 days after getting the shipping email) and a bunch of ozbargain commenters have said their orders were put on hold etc due to customs not accepting batteries(into AUS).

Received a working tracking code, link from the email didn't work but inputting manually worked.
My 10000mAh's arrived today. Authenticated as genuine also!
Hopefully that means mine will turn up. Tracking number wont work with link or pasting in to the site. Fingers crossed!
contacted support([email protected]) for my order with same issue rkl, got a reply:
Dear customer,
I am sorry that the custom in you country do not allow pure battery to go through after we have tried.So we have to refund you about your order.

And the refund would be arrived in 1 to 3 days.
