Same, I ordered mine for $14 aswell though the subscription part still says $84 per week. And they only bill you when they send it out… Hopefully they dont bill me the whole $84. I've also cancelled it after the 1st order =o so I only get the 1st week to try it out.

What should we do? Received a call from WOOP and said the coupon not valid for table for 1. They want to cancel it or change the promotion to $30 off. But this is not our fault. It was available for table for 1 in their system when I placed my order. I think a good and big company should be responsible for their fault, not just ask customers to cancel it.
I didnt answer the [Hidden Number] call so I assume they either honor it or send me an email lol… Otherwise if they bill me the full price I'll just have to force a charge back from my credit card and they can come and pick the items up from my front door if they like lol
They pause and stop my subscription! Sad! Won't try it again and will tell my friends this is a company breaking their promises.

I'm not affiliated with the company, but do know someone who works there. Definitely not a big company, much more of a start up, trying to get some marketing going and obviously made a mistake. Worth bearing in mind.
Well regardless if they are new or small. Don't even have the decency to apologise for their own mistake is just BAD SERVICE in general.
I have been charged. I need to apply for the refund and wait for the money back. Too complicated. I think a smart boss should deliver the first week and then ask consumer to stop or subscribe with another promotion. It is the best solution that extend their brand's exposure and make more people enjoy their service. If the service is good and convenient, I believe most of the consumer will continue subscribing. Can't understand why solving this public relations crisis so rudely and unwisely.
yea same… They finally decided to charge my credit card when they decided it was an error… Thats just piss poor service, Now I have extra troubles to go through because they made a mistake =/
Just got this response "We are unable to apply the coupon code for $70 off the Table for One box as this was a private offer for our Classic boxes for the Auckland Food Show. However, we are happy to offer you $30 off your first order if you wished to still go ahead." They charged and refunded my credit card with the $14….
@Inge88: I havnt got refunded yet… Though I did email them for a refund and a termination of my account and details that they have stored.
yes it's a startup but not like they're small. they got 800k in funding recently.
