If i'm paying above $5 per pair of socks, i want it to have some sort of quality non cotton material. Either synthetic woven in a way to wick moisture, or a wool blend, ideally merino.
Who knows if the anti slip pads on the bottom are worth having but imo if you're slipping enough in your shoes, you need to go a size down.
But I like my socks to slip. I dance in them and in my undies like Tom Cruise.

Witchery has great socks, i think it's $30 for three or $15ea. If you spend over $xx (?$100 = $10 voucher) they give you a voucher that i always use to buy socks :) if you spend $1000 in a year you get a $100 voucher too.
