    I've signed up to get the free will. I'm assuming they want to try and get the value back out of those assigning them as the executor, where they take a % of the value of the assets they would oversee.

  I've heard this ad a lot on the radio and afaik based on previous "free will" offers from companies such as this (not saying its necessarily the case here) the catch is indeed that they get to execute your will for a handsome fee..

    I checked and their FAQ states you can name anyone as executor with the free will (but of course they'll also do it…and of course the fees are very high so I wouldn't recommend).
