The 380cm2 grilling surface cooks up to 3 portions and knocks out up to 42% of fat for healthier meals through the optimised sloped grill, a design which allows the fat to drain away in to drip tray. The floating hinge design allows for various thickness of food and has a double coated non-stick surface for low fat cooking, as well as fast, easy clean up. Ordered one of these myself to replace a venerable George Foreman Grill I've been using for many years.

The George Foreman Compact Grill has a 380cm2 grilling surface compared to the George Foreman Family Grill's 510cm2 grilling surface. Take that into account when deciding whether the Compact Grill is the right size for you and your family/whanau. :)
