I used it last time and it seemed to be additional to the 5% with the Warehouse Money card. Staff put it through no problems.

Can't find any details of exclusions on the WH Mobile site. The WH Money card has exclusions on baby formula and anything with cash equivalent. I'd guess consoles would be fine.

But basic eligibility is to be WMobile customer. They can ask you to show mobile showing warehouse network name
Do you need to be on warehouse mobile to use it? Can you just buy a cheap prepaid card?
You should be able to buy a WH Mobile SIM for $4 or less. It comes with $5 credit that lasts a little while.
