$649 is an OK price (it has been $629 in the past).

However… I can confirm that this phone can be firmware upgraded to dual sim. Dual Sim P10's on PriceSpy start at $699 for the green version
Technically it's rebranding from VTR-L09 (Single sim model) to VTR-L29 (Dual sim model).
