  This does kind of work but theres a trick.

  Open the following link
  http://reporting.demand.co.nz/t/ViewEmail/r/64CD32630EF21C00

  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click send to a friend. Fill in the details and you'll get the form in an email which has 14 days from the date sent to redeem. I did it successfully earlier.
