I've been using the app for while, not sure whether this still apply to me (I have received the email also)
Confirmed that the 13c off does apply even if you have used the app before, and it doesn't stack with any other offers, but you will still get 13c off even if the current offer is 10c off. I used it today when there was a 10c off offer and even though it showed 10c off as the discount before the transaction my receipt was:
BP Disc 10cpl - $4.76
BPMe Offer 3cpl - $1.43
I want to neg this deal :(

Wasn't able to stack this with the 10c off yesterday… it only gave me 13c off :(
I can confirm i received 13cents each BP me fuel top up. As long as you have received the email promo, you're in for the deal. Make sure to use your BPme to make at least $40 purchase
Thanks for the post. Downloaded and set up BPMe, but unfortunately didn't work with my AA smartfuel number.
