  • Looks like Mitre 10 have matched the pricing on their 1000watt mower

  • Great deal.

    Warranty Info
    3 Year Replacement Warranty

the cheapest I have seen was $99, years ago.

  • Good stuff, I have got mine, otherwise would get it

  • How troublesome it is to run the cable along with you when mowing?
I'm new to this mowing stuff and bought a trimmer for my small-mid sized lawn, it does the job but the battery doesn't last that long

It's good if you have a small lawn and the power point is not too far away, so you can run a shorter power cord. Longer power cords can very easily get itself into a tangled mess, unless you use a reel. You'll also need a RCD if your house doesn't already have one, and a cord lock.

      • +1 RCD super dangerous without one

Petrol mowers are heavy, need maintenance and you need to pull cord for them to start. You won't have better option than this for a medium size lawn. This is from my personal experience but got long cable which I use multi purpose.

  • Hi, is it just plug n play for this electric lawn mower? Any long cable will do the job? Any recommendation? Newbie here.. no idea yet. Thanks!

Like this one, you better off getting these heavy duty instead of the while cable, cos the white one is designed for indoor use.

      • Thanks mate.! Only this cable and good to go? Anything else do i miss? How about the cord lock do i need to buy? Thanks!

These ones should be fine, they're like $5 each.

The mower itself should come with some sort of cord lock, so this thing goes in between the RCD and the outdoor extension lead.

  • Mate, i need to buy this lead lock(photo above),RCD and the extension lead. For the extension lead do i need to get higher amps? 10amps would be fine.? Sorry too many question to ask. First time to setup this thing.. thank you for all your support!!!

    • As @Avantime said, the mower itself comes with a lead lock so you don't have to get a lead lock if you don't want. RCD is optional but is recommended. A lead with a higher load rating is always recommended but the 10a one will do you just fine as well as long as you only have the mower connected to it.
