  If you sent it back to Amazon US/Samsung US, they should provide you warranty. 5 YEARS warranty is a long time warranty.It is worthy to buy it in NZ when PB tech or other retails have a promotion in case you need the warranty. For a better resell value, it is also a logic option. I bought a 500GB 850 Evo Sata 3 for around NZ$250 at PB at its Black Friday sale Last Year,and I think it is a good deal.
