  • Good time to do some 1 dollar reserve auctions..

  • Shouldn't be any at all, ever.

    • Ie Facebook marketplace, albeit unregulated and full of stolen goods…

People work there, people need to get paid. I'm not sure about you but I sure like to get paid when I'm at work.

I think the frustration here is the ever increasing fees. There were increases lately for business sellers. Massive backlash online and everywhere. Some sellers even made complaints to ComCom, but no rules were broken.

        • Yet. It's a monopoly so they can only go on like that for so long.

      • Oh they get paid. They were targeting a share growth rate of 14% per year and making it. That's an extra 14% each successive year without doing anything differently.

The fees should cap earlier. No way should I still be paying 7.9% when I sell a $500 item vs a $5 item. Costs them the same amount to list both.

  • So I'm guessing it does apply to relists done today for an item that didn't sell previously?

    • It does, I just did it before and it said that no success fees would apply if it sold.

  • what about selling car?

    • No, its only for selling 'general items' so would excludes cars.
