We don't go to KFC much at all, maybe once every 4 or 5 months.
So, I saw this deal and we had a really busy night so I tried to use one of these. But our KFC had run out the mashies in the deal.
I asked if they could swap the mashies for something of equivalent value, or reduce the price by the value of the mashies, but they refused.
They said i had to change the deal , but then i said this was the deal that suited the number of people I had, and asked them to reconsider, again they refused .
It seems like a bait and switch tactic, i'd wasted my time to visit their outlet and made a perfectly reasonable request.
KFC suck!! Mcdonalds would have done the swap or reduced the price.
