A bit of jiggery-pokery to get this one working but well worth it…

You will need a USA paypal account for this which is quick and free to set up at www.paypal.com.
Use your US Youshop address when setting this up (or the address of a US hotel or something).
Transfer 5 USD into your new US Paypal account

When going to the link select to stay in the US store and use your new US paypal account to pay.

  I just created a US paypal, transfered money and tried adding it to MS account, but it jumps into paypal and asks to add credit card details. :( I don't want to add CCard onto this new paypal account, and it has US$5.14 on it now. Anyway had success with this?

    Hey el-cheapo. You can sign up for a free virtual credit card and use those details without needing to feed any money into it. I use Entropay (www.entropay.com) but there are others out there. Then feed this cc detail into the Paypal window. The transaction will use your paypal balance first so there won't be any "no fund available" issues.

    The above steps worked for me on Friday before I posted :)
