bought this last time when it was $10 i think , does anyone find the mouse is laggy?, not sure if my unit is faulty or thats expected.

  Steam Link is only for playing PC games remotely. You can use a PS4 controller with Steam Link but you can't play your PS4 via Steam Link AFAIK
