Dr Seth Shostak, a senior astronomer at the SETI Institute in California, will detail the search for evidence of intelligent life elsewhere in a special talk at Carter Observatory's Space Place. His visit was funded with help from the New Zealand Astrobiology Network and Milky-Way.kiwi. He will give his talk to the Astrobiology Australasia Meeting on June 28, from 7pm.
