  • Hi,

I have a few questions for you since you're the NZgameshop rep. If you pre-order games do they get shipped earlier than release date so you can receive them on release date? How long does shipping take to get to NZ?
Are most of these UK retail copies of games? Will they work with PSN store NZ purchased DLC on the Playstation 4? Or will I need a UK PSN account? Thanks

    • I've used them before and my experience is:

      • Shipping a day or two before release date, shipping takes probably 5-7 business days usually so you'll get it about a week after it comes out

      • Unsure about the DLC/PSN thing but from memory I never had issues with this

  • Hi Dazza, 'Chapnis' is quite right with what they are saying.

As we are based in the UK, it can take a little longer to deliver your items so if you are wanting to get the game a little faster, I would suggest selecting the Express Delivery as we estimate around 4-10 days for delivery but our customers feedback tells us that on average, orders normally arrive around the 7th working day:)

As for the pre-orders, the above comment is correct, as soon as we receive the stock from our suppliers, we start picking and packing the items to get them sent out to you all asap. As there is a strict release date this sometimes stops us from shipping the pre-orders as early as we would want but we work our hardest to get them out as soon as possible for you!

Please feel free to contact us on social media or via email if you would like to know a little more.

    Kind Regards,
    Nzgameshop
