I know Powershop used to no daily fixed charge for their electricity, they added this cost two years ago. is there any other electricity provider do not have daily fixed charge?

yes same thing for me. @Stu has secret portal access, via an alternate dimension.
I tried googling and it links to the same log in screen.
You have the right web address- their site works fine for me.
We changed to Ourpower - it's great paying weekly (direct debit makes it easy) instead of a monthly shock. Our first week was $62, which would be way better than with the previous company.
Definitely not working for me - all I see is a login option.

I do not know of any, and I would be (pleasantly) surprised, since the lines company (for example, Vector, in Auckland) will be charging your retailer (say, Contact), so I would expect the retailer to pass that on to you.
They could bundle it up into a larger kWh unit rate I guess, but that would slowly skew their customer base towards low usage customers, which will be the least profitable end of the market I would guess.
I would be interested if you do find anyone offering this.
