I've been with skinny broadband for nearly a year now and I have no complain. Cheap as well. Open contract for $68 a month but they don't offer it anymore. cheapest unlimited broadband they have now is $73/mo compared to $79 on stuff.

If you run the math their ufb 100/20 broadband plan alone is almost 500 dollars more than skinny/big pipe/vodafone over 24month contract and thats not counting electricity (trustpower is one of the expensive retailers)
I would go with bigpipe and no worry about the contract and save up for that tv if I really want it.
Can say from experience TrustPower is a terrible ISP. They throttle speed so much. Best ISP (imo) is Orcon, or if you're on a budget, Stuff Fibre
