  I see a lot of "lifetime subscription" and long-term signups for VPN services. The problem is that you're giving a company a lot of money now but $0 three years from now… when they might decide that it's not worth existing anymore. I think it'd be safer to subscribe to a VPN service where you're giving them a $ reason to continue to exist every month.

  I'm not saying that THIS deal is a scam, but if I were a scammer I would definitely be in the VPN boom-and-bust business.
