[Cityfitness] No Joining Fee for all locations (Save $49) until end of January

For those of you looking to join the gym as part of your New Year Resolution or just to get fit - you can get no joining fee on all cityfitness locations until the end of January, just need to follow the steps below.

1. Pick your membership type (Best is either Basic or Black depending on your situation)
   Note:
   $6.99 p/w Basic membership has 12 month commitment even with no joining fee.
   $11.99 p/w Better membership is basically 'Basic' with the ability to cancel after giving 30 day notice (Not great as you will be paying extra $5 per week for this)
   $13.99 p/w Black membership gets you a free gym bag, access to most fitness classes, allows you bring a guest with you every time (during staffed hours) or lend your card to your family/friend member to use.

2. Pick Wigram, Christchurch as the gym location

3. Once you've completed the sign up form, go pick up the access card from the closest cityfitness to you and you can use it nationwide
