Most retailers would just refund without asking.
And its not even that much of a discount they could have honored the deal without much loss.

At least I got an apology below. But agree with the amount of time they spend correcting this, the relatively small price difference and customer negativity it creates seems hard to justify cancelling orders. PB Tech not thinking of the big picture.

We found an error on our daily report in regards to the pricing logic. After further investigation, we realised there has been a genuine pricing mistake with the >Transcend Drive Pro 50 Car Dash Camera as a result of an error in a pricelist sent to us electronically by the supplier.
The error has been fixed and unfortunately we will not be able to honour the product at this price.
I understand this will be a disappointment, but I hope you can understand that it is impossible for us to sell the unit at such cost. We however can offer a discount >to the actual price if you are still keen to purchase this item otherwise an full refund of the paid amount is also an option.

sorry to hear you had a bad experience, i see this quite often from a few retailers not honouring prices, even if its within their right they surely lose potential customers. Oh well next time PB Tech have a good deal , see if you can pricematch with someone else, was going to pricematch at the time with mightyape, would of possibly gone through fine with them.
I've found MA's pricematch to be pretty inconsistent at best, sometimes they match, but most times they refuse to as "it is below cost" against the lowest priced store in Pricespy. Good advise nevertheless.
