These guys are pretty good, although they based in Canada who are in the Five Eyes intelligence alliance so they are under jurisdiction to give up logs of their users if they are told to. Although just because they are in or not in the Five Eyes doesn't mean VPN provides will or will not give out your private info; recently a VPN in Hong Kong gave up incriminating evidence of of their VPN users even though they are not a Five Eyes country.
Nevertheless I got the 3 year Pro plan for about $35 bucks which works out to be about $1 a month. Also their VPN node for NZ appears to be in Auckland.
