  Buy from them with caution. My order from more than 3 weeks ago hasn't arrive.
  Tracking has nothing. Customer service is useless - does not reply to emails and their online chat has nothing to say but wait.

  I've had a similar experience. I waited about 4 weeks, emailed both Catch of the Day and the courier. Neither could give me any info on where it was. The Courier said they hadn't even received the item. Then it arrived at my house the next day…

  TLDR: Tracking info is useless, and COTD don't keep good order records.

      contacted their customer service 3x this week. kept promising to check and reply back to me in 1-2 business days - never did.
      asked for a refund, they refused to give me one.

  I have used them multiple times and have not had any issues with deliveries. last item took about 3 weeks to arrive.

  Haven't had issue with them yet. Took 1.5 weeks for my last item. Touchwood.
