Cheapest new OLED i've found, Although this is 2017 model its still leaps ahead of LCD/LED tvs.
Think its Auckland only delivery though.

Where'd you get the b8 for that price?
NL last weekend, they're getting rid of the 8 series to bring in the 9's. B8 is now sold out in most places, Smith City have them, but $2900 mark. Easter was the time to pick up a super bargain, guessing queens weekend next selling window.
Usually new models come out around June every year. So retailers will do stock clearance around that time.
@RyanZhang: Yep, waited until Easter and was prepared to hold off a little longer for a good deal for this very reason. Luckily NL came through. Other retailer prices in comparison were shite.
@fatboyj: JB Hifi had the 55 inch C8 for $2800 last week with 40 months interest free, but not sure if the special is still on.
It was an in store special only, so wasn't showing on their website or on pricespy.
The 9 series feature VRR, earc and a few other tricks with the new HDMI 2.1 spec. Might pay to wait for that (if price difference isn't too much)
that would be so good with ps5/xbone 2 VRR will be a game changer on tvs' along with HDR
Can attest to oled worth paying a premium for. I was after the x9000f in the easter sales for $1700 ended up getting the lg oled b8(last years model)for $2100. Best $400 extra I've paid for anything. The colors not only pop out at you they look like you can drink them, so silky smooth.
And OLED has a good 5 years of being the best tv screens around. An oled under 2k is a great price.
