Who would’ve thought hats and hops would mix so well? Petone based Hill Hats has partnered with brewery Fortune Favours to create a brew that’s a bit crazy and against the grain. The duo will be launching the beer – dubbed the Hatman beer – on June 20. All NZ-made, and with about 30 staff in Petone, Hills Hats is committed to sustainability and has reduced its landfill waste by about 60 per cent.
