    The marked packs are currently selling for $2 at Countdown.

      You shouldn't buy them until 1 July, which is next Monday. Those packs might go up in price next week.

      • "Love Shapes? Love Movies? Then this is for you! The Shapes Movie Madness Promotion will open on the 1st July 2019. Purchase a specially marked pack of Shapes after this date and come back here to claim your voucher! Please remember to keep your packaging and any purchase receipts."

        I see what you mean now.

    Before anyone gets too excited, here are the odds:

    1,776,000 prizes in total, comprising of:
    * 1,758,240 buy one get one frees (99%): worth "$18.50"
    * 13,320 small combo vouchers (0.75%): worth $11
    * 3,552 adult movie vouchers (0.20%): worth "$18.50"
    * 888 gold class movie vouchers (0.05%): worth up to $35

    The BOGOF prize requires you to pay for a full priced adult ticket, plus a $1 admin fee. Given this is 99% of all prizes, it's only worth buying shapes if you were going to anyway, or if it works out cheaper than buying 2 tickets through a different discount program.

    • So unless you're one of the lucky 1% you're going to end up with a 2 for 1 price. Still $19.50 for 2 tickets is $9.75 a ticket. The cheapest I can get is $12 a ticket through the Entertainment book.

      • Plus the price of the biscuit?

        • Yeah but you still get the crackers, just use them as movie snacks

      • If you have the Sky Perks app or know anyone who does, movie tickets are $10 for adults and $8.50 (I think) for children, coupons are valid for a year

      • With a disposable Vodafone SIM card ($2 now at Countdown, sometimes as low as $1) you can register and get access to Vodafone rewards without putting any credit in. With Vodafone rewards you can get $11 movie tickets ($14 on Fridays & Saturdays after 5pm) at Event Cinemas with no booking fees.

      Just got my 2 for 1. It's $2 admin + $18.50 = $20.50

    Could someone share his code pls?

    • the codes are unique(ie not sequential/guessable)

    As n908671 has said it costs $20.50 to purchase a 2 for 1 Voucher.

    If your local event cinema is $10 per ticket this isn't worth while since you have to book online and pay a $1 booking fee bringing the total to $21.50 for two tickets.

  • They're definitely not the fastest either. I paid $20.50 for my 2 for 1 on Tuesday morning, and as of today (Friday evening) have yet to receive the voucher code e-mail (or in fact any acknowledgement email). Obviously not for anyone who wants to use them relatively quickly.

    • Have you got your voucher code yet? I paid on Saturday and still nothing.

      • Cancel that. Gone mine today.

        Not valid from 5pm Friday & Saturday
