both drive thru and dine-in, think it depends on branch but my local allows multiple quantities of coupon.
Prepare for long queues without the staffing numbers to match. Friday night will be HECTIC.

Actually is that all true? AFAIK these stores which have hot and spicy all year round never introduced a surcharge for swapping in the past but I noticed Lincoln Road did have in store advertising saying swap for 25 cents unless they just stuck up the standard advertising and didn't do anything about it being wrong. They did also have hot and spicy is back advertising so that could be it.
Also interesting their machines now let your enter coupons but 12 or 012 didn't seem to work…..

I tried on Wednesday 21st in Lincoln Road and they definitely said it had ended. When I said there's no mention of an expiration date on Facebook, they didn't say anything for a while and eventually said it's ended or not valid. (This was the drive thru, I assume whoever it was went to check with the manager.) From their Facebook, I wasn't the only who who was rejected in some restaurant.
I planned to complain since didn't see an ending date on their Facebook post or the coupon, nor had they posted about it ending. But then I clicked to write a comment on their post and realised they did specify an ending date of 19/08 but only in the comments. I pointed out this is quite confusing since on the mobile Facebook app comments aren't shown by default. And there's no mention of T&C in comment section or whatever. So very easy to miss.
Next day a new post saying it's back by popular demand. This time they did post a date in the main post although I suspect it had nothing to do with me. (Probably their message was already scheduled by the time I posted.) So it definitely ended for some and started again on the 22. Their post also says it's back by popular demand rather than extended albeit they do say it will end for real on the 26.
I mean maybe restaurants were supposed to accept it after the 19. But since they did have an expiration date even if only in the comment section and they didn't post again until 22, wasn't much could be done for those of us denied 20-21. Maybe they intended to bring it back on Tuesday but someone in the marketing made a mistake, who knows.
Yup, deal has been extended till 26th August, updated the deal to reflect the changes.
