Doesn't say Online Only on the actual website, so good to go (price beat). But yeah, some staff can choose to be difficult to deal with.
It shows on the smith city website that it is "Online only" in the image.
But I guess I'm going to have to argue that Smith City is not an "online only retailer"
My guess they aim to remove business's that are websites only selling things for $1 markup since they don't have brick and mortar to support.
I just called the St Luke's store. They checked the Smith's City link. They will sell it for $36 today only.
I tried to get them to reserve the price for me, because I want to buy it in-store tomorrow. Unfortunately, they can only offer the price beat based on the price listed today, which is fair enough.

I called Briscoes online store and they placed the order for me at $36 + $5 shipping (not free shipping). So it comes down to $41. Whereas on Smith's City, it's $40 + $6 shipping, so a difference of $5 lol. All this work just to save a couple of bucks lol.
