Cheapest price in NZ if you have flybuys points available =P

As this is an obvious price mistake, it likely won't be honoured but could be worth a shot

      Nope, look up price mistakes in NZ law. Retailers do not have to honour them, and there is no entitlement to a price if it was a genuine mistake.

      If they on the other hand deliberately put this price in banner ads and printed it on billboards, with no intent to honour it, thats obvious bait advertising and would likely catch the eye of the commerce commission.

        I have no idea on the value of their points, for all I know 805 points is enough for an iPhone

          Rule for fly buys is divide them by 6 to get approximately the real world value. So 805 Points is $134.

          It doesn't matter how you want to look at this, they don't have to honour this if they don't want to. If they do it'll likely be for promotional reasons (expensive promo!) or because orders begin getting sent by the fulfilment team before it's pulled

    If you look in your Activity History it actually Isn't saying its a iPhone ive purchased its saying its a "MARBOTIC Smart Kit"

      • If Fly Buys actually send you a MARBOTIC Smart Kit instead of an iPhone I'm sure they'll set up a courier for you to send it back or maybe just let you keep it if you want it; and also give you a little extra Fly Buys in return. They won't be sending an iPhone to make up for it though.

    If this was collect I'd be at NL's 8am getting the bugger 1st thing, but getting delivered so too easy to cancel. Unless an industrious go getter at Apple decides to get going and send them out quick sharp.

    The invoice in the email clearly mentions iphone 11. You get what you get invoiced for and not what changes retailer makes on website

      wait for 30 mins to an hour and your points will be back. They do a hold on your points if you cancel a transaction.
      happened to me a few times before.

      Lol CC is not gonna get involved. It's clearly a pricing error and flybuys is well within their rights to cancel the sales as per law.

    • Any email from them

    • Refund / return of our money

      Dayum u sound angery. You're going to receive it eventually. Working through the number of orders which made a site crash does take some time.

      • You guys knew it was a mistake but decided to make an order regardless, making it even harder for them to have to process it. Now you have to wait.
