This is the first time the Y221 has gone this cheap! Since this was already the cheapest smartphone available in NZ, this must be the cheapest ever too! Although the Y230 and Y330 have been cheaper, it's been a while since they've gone this cheap too. All these phones can be network unlocked for just $2! ($2.88 for the Y330).
Obviously these phones don't feature any good good looking specs however they are definitely worth buying as a spare phone in the event your phone breaks down, when you go overseas or to gift someone. Phones like these regularly go on sale in Aus. So for us these are some of the cheapest smartphones that can be network unlocked for an extremely small fee of $2!
All models are available in Black or White at Warehouse Stationery. Delivery is free only on orders above $50. So you might wish to buy a few and then sell/gift the rest. Otherwise if you're only after one, you can always go and pick up from your nearest store.
