This is the cheapest these headphones have ever been according to PriceSpy. If you wanted to get them even cheaper, you might get lucky price matching at Noel Leeming but I have my doubts at this low a price.

I have the HD4.40 and I’m guessing these are the same just wired instead of wireless. I’ve been using them almost daily for 2 years. They’re great. Not noice cancelling but they definitely block a lot of sound.
