iirc deposited credit expires 90 days after deposit so if you keep credit on in advance it's something worth keeping in mind
My friend and I didn't get any code at all when topped up last weekend.
FYI I'm guessing you can only have 1 code active at a time. I've topped up 4x $5 in the last month. First topup got me a code. But the next 3 not.
