I just meant that its safer to ask Amazon first as a confirmation on the duty and tax issue if they are going to pay for it or not. Otherwise you'd be taking a pretty big risk. Since prior to the removal of all the duty and tax fees, Amazon usually handled all the fees. This could also potentially be a system error on Amazon's side as well. I also considered buying stuff a few days ago and noticed this but didnt want to take the risk. lol

Yea, seems like its all good, and possibly an error on Amazon's side. I just confirmed it with a rep and they told me that if it says no import fees, then you will not have to pay for it. If you end up having to pay for the fees, Amazon will refund you within 45 days. Just got to tell them about it. =)

Amazon took off all duty and taxes for pretty much everything I could find a few days ago.
Customs is most likely going to hold this and get you to make the payment before they release it.
Amazon on the other hand might not refund you for customs and gst fees as their ToS might have changed so you should ask them about this before you make the purchase.
