it's corrected on the warehouse site (they had more sets there… They must have applied 30% off instead of the 15%) so will flow through soon. (But still cheap…but not as cheap.)

Has anyone's order been "shipped" yet? I've never ordered off The Market before so not sure how long it takes, both items on my order say "Awaiting Shipment".
Lego hasn’t been shipped but some clothes I ordered on Sunday were shipped today
They never seem to give much follow up information and then suddenly the order arrives. If you check on there site regularly you can see the tracking information.
My order placed on 29 Nov has arrived today, yet another order placed on 2 Dec hasn't even shipped.
I'm a bit concerning if the Warehouse will cancel my order? They withdrew all LEGO from the Market.

Still waiting yet I have received another order made after the lego but that came from torpedo7. The usally quick mightape still hasnt shipped my instock items I ordered on Friday so they must be swamped.
Anyone else had their orders canceled? Reason as merchant canceled. Surely this is not allowed? They can't really claim genuine error that should've been known (such as flybuys and the iPhone) as it was a clear cyber Monday deal?

I just got an email saying it has been canceled due to "unforseen circumstances" and yet still showing in stock on TWH website. Surely they have to do better than that. Mine was an order for a couple of sets totalling $120. Did another order with the voucher sent that hasn't been canceled yet.
What did you order? mine hasn't been cancelled yet, LEGO DUPLO Tropical Island 10906 and LEGO DUPLO Steam Train 10874, was a good deal but not super amazing compared to the Warehouse's usual price which is lower than others on special.

They can't even bother sending an explanation…. Warehouse/market integration is so lame. Ordered lego from toyco through the market and it shipped the same day.
One order was sent and the other got cancelled. I guess it depends on stock level of the set, nevertheless, it is unacceptable the way they are dealing with the matter.
I have submitted a complaint to the ComCom as well as Fair Go, they need to improve their process to meet customer expectation.
I just got told it was due to stock levels. All 4 items are still showing as available on TWH website (fire plane, space station, dockside, and fire chief).
They use a cheeky reason of not having stock in the retailer's location where TheMarket is sourcing the stock from…LOL, doesn't matter if it's available at the same retailer's other stores/locations.
Not sure they can as I am sure my previous Lego orders via The Market have been filled via different Warehouse locations? One today arrived from Langley Road. I am sure the other was Rolleston. Will check the next one as it would be an easy rebuttal :)

My VW beetle arrived today
Got an email 8.01 pm tonight saying its on its way to collection point. They work all hours of the week, good to know its not cancelled. I ordered the bus.
I got an email that same day around 1pm saying mine had been cancelled - ordered the bus as well.
If only i didn't have them already. I dragged the London Bus back from Legoland Malaysia for twice the price when it first came out.
