My Experience:
When I first started using their services a year ago, their servers were so horrible, they'd keep going down. They also kept changing their IP addresses so I had to constantly login to their website to get the new server details. Fast forward to now and their VPN services seem to much better. This year I’ve noticed that every time I’ve connected via their VPN service it’s worked without any issues. However bearing in mind the small price, you should still expect minor hiccups every now and then though.
