I get it that south auckland is a very poor area.. but not desexing pets is far more widespread than just those 12 suburbs..
Suburbs are.
Clover Park, Flat Bush, Glen Eden, Henderson, Mangere, Manurewa, Mt Roskill, Mt Wellington, Otahuhu, Otara, Papakura, or Papatoetoe.I take it you register and the microchip will have your address so its gotta be legit.
Seems like the same suburbs ass last year :(
