tried signing up. such as hassle. you go to their website, have to download a verification app, then go back to their website to finish but then the process timeout and you have to call them or visit branch to continue.

I had to redo the application after downloading the app but did manage to complete it entirely online.
Same! My application timed out after verifying on the app so I went to restart the entire application from the website but the app wouldn’t let me in anymore. So I spent half an hour waiting on the phone to contact customer support and ended up getting them to call me back, only to tell me that they would contact their IT team and get back to me. I told them to only call me after 4pm as I’d be at work til then - they tried calling me twice at 11am. 4pm and no call so I had to call back myself and wait on the line again - got told that there is an issue with the app and IT should be working on it, try the app again tomorrow and if it still doesn’t work, call them again. So much hassle, would be easier to just do it in branch which I don’t want to do…
is it even worth 25 bucks? lol
