Most cashback offers ended earlier this month.
Haven't really seen a lot of cash back printer deals on Cheapies since 2016-2017 tbh. I remember back in the days you could get one for like $1-$5 after cashback, hell even a -$10 one iirc!!
Consider buying a second hand printer. The best thing is you can get super super cheap cartridges for them. New printers always have different cartridges, and you pay huge money until generic cartridges come online. it is why they can practically give away the printers. If you buy an older printer you can order generic cartridges for peanuts from aliexpress or TradeMe etc. I have an epson XP-300. Great printer and I can get a 10 pack of ink cartridges for around $2 per cartridge.

Ive been using epson ecotank for over 4years finally had to refill black for $18 n only used half the bottle so 4yrs or $9… Picture quality around 80% but mainly use for documents perfect quality… Recently brought the et-4750 for sisters business n home school, they are more then impressed…
Also only dearer versions have multi documents feeder n double sided printing.
I was looking at the et-4750, how much were you able to get it for?

Probably limited stock due to covid, so maybe they don't have as much need to discount them?
