A very nice gesture from the Sikh Community.

Bags of food items will be available to the public at Sri Kalgidhar Sahib, the Gurudwara owned and managed by the Supreme Sikh Society at 70 Takanini School Road, Takanini today, Friday, May 22, 2020 from 11:00 Am to 5:00 pm.

Anyone can come to Collect of food, irrespective of their religious beliefs can benefit from this noble gesture.

The Gurudwara has been designated as a food distribution centre by the Ministry of Health in terms of the Health Regulation Act promulgated to eliminate Covid-19.

Each bag contains milk, bread, vegetables, fruits and other items lasting up to four days.

  I wouldn’t post this here, some may abuse it? I hate to think that there are people out there that stoop that low, but unfortunately I know for a fact that there are… This should go to the needy only. Is not a ‘deal’ and shouldn’t be classed as such. Sorry, just IMO.
