I have 100mins loop
How i do it:
Choose a random VPN Server and open a incognito tab in chrome spin the wheel if it is no good close the tab change vpn server and try again and repeat.
When you find a good ip you can just close the tab and spin again and it will get the same result
Maybe they could take some of that money and use it to make kickstands that actually stop their scooters from falling over and lying round like street garbage.
