Absolutely agree. I use these folk as a matter of convenience for alterations but they are expensive. However, I have found them to be quick.
FYI - It's $18 at Dressmart, Onehunga for trouser/jeans alterations in under 30 mins. It's not a Looksmart, but an independent alterations shop - but it's much more reasonable than Looksmart which I believe is about double the price.
It's always best to shop around for repairs and alterations, I've found that the chain stores charge much more than the independent 'little-old-ladies-in-a-tiny-arcade' places charge.
